Rebecca & Micki
“Because weddings and events are expensive, and they shouldn’t be.”
ReMi comes from our two names: Rebecca and Micki. We met at the University of Texas at Austin through a Young Life small group, and our friendship grew from there.
We went on to work together at UT RecSports, where running events was our college job. That is where we learned how much goes into a great event, how to keep a busy day on schedule, and how much fun it is to pull one off as a team.
After college, we went different directions, one into tech and one into small business. In both careers, running events stayed part of the job, from company gatherings to client celebrations.
Since then, we have been in more than 27 weddings between the two of us and helped plan, style and set up countless more for friends. Again and again we saw couples spend a fortune on decor they would use once. So we started ReMi Events in Austin to make beautiful events easier and more affordable.
Our collection leans into a spring garden feeling: fresh, colorful and relaxed. Rent the pieces, book a consultation, or let us coordinate your wedding day so you can stop managing and start celebrating.

Prefer one color? Pick it for runners, napkins and goblets, then add candlelight and bud vases. Styling inspiration for a long reception table.
No two place settings match, and that is the point. Every piece here comes from the rental collection.
Petite glass vases for single stems, table runs and guest-book tables.
Tall glass for floating candles, floating blooms or a little lemon and greenery.
Soft linens in spring tones to fold, tie or tuck under a menu card.
Colorful cut-crystal style goblets that look like vintage glass but will not shatter on the lawn.
Lawn games that keep guests mingling between dinner and dancing.

All the candlelight, no wax or open flame. Mix sizes for a layered glow.

A rainbow table can feel playful and pulled together at the same time. The trick is a calm base and a few simple rules.

Start with a quiet foundation. A soft blush or ivory tablecloth and a single cheesecloth runner give every color something to rest on.
Pick three to five colors from the same family. Our blush, butter, dusty blue and sage all share the same soft, slightly muted tone, so they look intentional together even when no two place settings match.
Alternate rather than cluster. Give each guest a different napkin and goblet, and avoid putting the same color side by side. Your eye reads the whole table as one palette instead of a patchwork.
Tie it together with metal and light. Brass candle holders, gold table number holders and battery candles add warmth that connects every color on the table.

Porch pickup works well when your event is close by, the order fits in a car, and you have a friend or two to help set up. You pick up the day before your event and drop off the day after, so there is time to set up without stress and no rush to pack up at the end of the night. It is the simplest and most budget-friendly option.
Delivery and teardown make sense for larger orders, venues with tight setup windows, or anytime you would rather spend the day with your guests than loading boxes. We bring everything, set it out, and come back afterward to pack it up.
A good rule of thumb: if you are hosting a dinner at home, pickup is easy. If you are planning a wedding or a corporate event at a venue, delivery usually saves you more stress than it costs.
Still deciding? Choose “Not sure yet” on the contact form and we will help you figure it out.

Before the wedding, we meet to walk through your timeline, vendor list and venue layout, so nothing on the day is a surprise.
On the day, we are the point of contact for your vendors. The florist, caterer and DJ come to us with questions instead of you or your family.
We line up the processional, cue the ceremony, keep the reception moving on schedule, and handle the small things that always come up.
At the end of the night, we take care of decor breakdown so you can leave with your guests.
